     Old South Tradition’s residential applications encompass a holistic approach to building. As part of a design/build team, the client is brought to the table with the Architect, Interior Designer, Landscape Architect, and Subcontractors to ensure the design and constructions of all spaces be it indoors, outdoors and even the doors themselves are all of the same character and meet the goals and needs of the client.

     Using Old South Tradition’s innovative Cost Planning system, every necessary element of the building is line itemized. By doing so, the client can make additions or subtractions to the construction plans to fit within a budget. As a result, the contractor, professionals, and subcontractors all have open lines of communication with the client if needed.
